Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing
- Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, coding challenges, and interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborative Hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Employer Branding
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and tech meetups.
- Promote the companyโs culture and values to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and communication with candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to document and track candidate progress.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Advise leadership on market competitiveness and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., software, IT, engineering].
- Familiarity with recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of technical stacks, programming languages, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS).
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
