Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage projects, serving as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client projects, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and overall digital marketing needs.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
  • Ensure the timeliness and quality of all client deliverables.
  • Manage internal client meetings, handling daily communication with key internal contacts.
  • Assist in managing the entire campaign process by updating all related materials and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Write creative briefs and develop presentations for client projects.
  • Maintain and update campaign matrices, reviewing all creative assets, including art files and HTML, for accuracy.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time and in alignment with the client’s expectations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficient program execution.
  • Create project reports and provide timely updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to internal tools and processes.
  • Provide flexible administrative support to the creative team on various tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at the administrative level, ensuring regular and transparent communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, take notes, distribute action items, and follow up on deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
