Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Financial Planner Specialist to join our team. No prior experience is required but need to pass the provide/state license. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer questions.
- Listen to clients’ needs and resolve situations that may be complex.
- Give advice and offer solutions for personal needs and analysis clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Qualifications:
- Hold a High School, College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Must be 18+
- Must be able to pass a state background check
- Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients
- Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Ready and Willingness to get States/Province license and start learning and earning
- Must currently live in the United States or Canada and/or must have an active work visa to be hired
