Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and contribute to broader HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in employee relations, HR strategy, and compliance. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating engaging job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a collaborative and respectful work culture by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with company objectives and boost employee engagement.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to help employees grow and achieve their potential.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws and manage HR administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role, preferably in a digital or marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for employee growth and development.
